The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely fit my laptop.

The hotel offered helpful staff. Mrs Vesile, the Assistant Guest Relation Manager, was amazing and cute. She took care of my stay (i really appreciate that) and ensured my expectations were exceeded. I would definitely return.
I noticed stains on the curtains upon entering my room. This was not ideal. I hope that they address this issue soon.

The hotel has a beautiful pool on the 15th floor with a view. It also is very close to the 212 outlet mall and Mall of. These facilities contributed to a very easy stay.

The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly. Beyzanur was especially helpful and smiled at everyone. It is important for all guests to feel welcome and she was great at this.

the breakfast offered a great variety of options. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the omelet station. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.. i appreciated that it was open 24/7. the room included a rainfall shower and two separate sinks.
the hallway carpets showed slight wear near the elevators.

The hotel had a convenient location near the mall. The staff was helpful, especially Ms. Vesile Kaya, who offered great service. The room was also spacious and modern (a nice surprise).
The cleanliness was not up to par. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms as if they were in my room. The beds were also small and the rooms felt cramped.
